Powder Coating Technician Location: Hartville, OH Shift: 1 st Shift & 3rd Pay: $14.00-$15.00 Based on Experience We are seeking a Powder Coating Technician for a full-time, 1st shift position in Hartville. This role involves operating powder coating equipment, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Responsibilities: Operate and set up powder coating machinery Perform production, inspection, and packaging duties Monitor equipment and troubleshoot issues during the production cycle Maintain accurate inventory of materials and finished products Follow established safety rules and company procedures Requirements: Experience with powder coating (preferred) Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
