Hartville, OH Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday Pay: $16.00–$19.00/hr

dedicated Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to oversee and manage the
flow of raw materials, support production teams, and maintain
accurate inventory control. This is your opportunity to play a
vital role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Production & Material Handling Manually unload
hot molded parts from the press with strict adherence to safety
protocols. Engage emergency stop buttons when necessary and never
reach into the press beyond the yellow safety gate. Cut and remove
flash from molded parts using appropriate tools and safety
equipment. Dispose of flash materials responsibly into the
granulator. Perform detailed trimming of flash from hinges and
latch areas using specialized tools to ensure high-quality
finishes. Assemble finished product components including attaching
lids to bases and installing latches and handles. Operate machinery
as needed to complete final assembly. Quality Assurance Inspect
finished cases thoroughly through visual checks to ensure they meet
quality standards. Identify defects and take corrective action as
needed. Support quality control by maintaining attention to detail
during each step of the finishing and assembly process. Packaging &
Presentation Efficiently package finished cases into cartons,
ensuring correct layout and orientation to preserve product
integrity. Maintain a clean and organized packaging area to support
continuous production flow and quality output. Requirements High
school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of warehouse
experience (inventory control preferred). Familiarity with
warehouse management systems (IQMS experience is a plus). Strong
organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Comfortable
