Job Description:
US Xpress Enterprises, Inc., a prominent leader in North
American logistics and transportation, seeks an experienced Fleet
Manager to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining fleet
operations, overseeing vehicle maintenance and safety, and managing
driver schedules and compliance. Our commitment to safety and

dependable, efficient service. As a Fleet Manager, you will play a
key role in executing operational strategies, optimizing routes,
and leading a team dedicated to exceeding industry standards in
operational excellence and sustainable transportation solutions.
Oversee daily fleet operations and ensure compliance with all
government regulations. Manage vehicle maintenance programs to
ensure fleet reliability and longevity. Supervise and schedule a
team of drivers; enhance driver retention and satisfaction.
Optimize routing to enhance operational efficiencies and reduce
costs. Implement safety standards and sustain environmental
protocols. Monitor fleet performance metrics and prepare detailed
reports for upper management. Strong leadership and team management
skills. Expertise in transportation management systems (TMS) and
GPS fleet tracking software. In-depth knowledge of DOT regulations
and safety standards. Proficiency in data analysis and performance
metrics. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and
communication skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision

Logistics (CTL) Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is a plus
