As a critical link in our supply chain, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods to our customers, ranging from convenience stores and chain restaurants to mass merchants. Drive the latest models of our well-maintained vehicles, and enjoy a supportive work environment committed to safety and respect. Operate commercial vehicles to transport goods to various destinations within scheduled timeframes. Inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues prior to departure, and perform preventative maintenance as required. Manage routes and routines strategically to avoid delays and maximize efficiency. Load and unload cargo, ensuring all shipments are properly secured and documented. Maintain accurate travel logs according to federal and state regulations. Adhere to all safety requirements, including regular checks and following proper accident procedures. Communicate effectively with dispatch and logistics staff to improve on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction. Strong driving skills with the ability to maneuver and park large vehicles Excellent time management to meet tight delivery schedules Ability to maintain composure under pressure Basic math skills for handling invoices and inventory Good physical condition to load and unload cargo Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) Clean driving record
