Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable Shipping and Receiving Associate to
join our team in Youngstown, OH. In this position, you will be
responsible for moving, lifting, and stacking materials and pallets
throughout the designated areas. Additionally, you will play a
crucial role in inventory management, as well as the shipping and
receiving processes within the facility. Pay Rate: $15 - $18 per
hour (depending on experience) Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
available. Must be open to all shifts Specific Duties: Safely set
up and operate forklifts and overhead cranes. Report any abnormal
equipment conditions to supervision. Adhere to all safety rules and
regulations, keeping the work area clean and organized. Stay alert
to the continuous traffic of co-workers and cranes moving
throughout the shop. Move raw materials such as steel plates, cut
parts, and other materials from outside the shop. Manage inventory
in and out of the facility. Ensure accurate picking and packing of
materials for shipping. Job Requirements: Reliable and dependable
with a strong work ethic. Valid Ohio driver's license. Strong
organizational skills. Positive attitude and team-oriented
approach. Strong mathematical aptitude and hand-eye coordination.
Open-minded and eager to learn company processes. Willingness to
work overtime. Ability to follow instructions from supervisors
effectively. Previous forklift, shipping/receiving, and
picking/packing experience. Ability to lift up to 70lbs. Ability to
withstand working in varying temperatures. This is a great
