100 full-service firm, is seeking a skilled attorney to join their
Labor & Employment Practice in Pittsburgh, PA. Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in employment
law matters, with a focus on employment litigation (preferably on
the management side). Admittance to the Pennsylvania Bar is
required, while additional licensure in New Jersey, New York,
and/or Ohio is highly desirable. This position is well-suited for
proactive attorneys passionate about providing high-level legal
services within a sophisticated practice, with the opportunity to
assume significant responsibility in all aspects of labor and
employment law. Key Responsibilities: Engage extensively with
clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel. Draft and
respond to discovery and initial pleadings. Draft and argue
motions. Take and defend depositions. Provide employment counseling
and handle employment litigation matters. Qualifications: Admitted
to practice in Pennsylvania; additional Bars (NJ, NY, OH) are a
plus. 3-5 years of experience in employment law matters. Prior
experience in employment litigation required. Employment counseling
or in-house employment law experience is preferred. Strong writing,
analytical, and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced environment as both an independent contributor and a
team member. Preferred Qualifications: Substantive litigation
experience in any arena with a demonstrated interest in labor and
