Location: Weirton Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:30am4:00pm Starting Salary: $50,000 per year Join a professional environment where youll play a key role in supporting daily IT operations and keeping systems running smoothly. ________________________________________ What Youll Do: Provide hands-on helpdesk support and first-level troubleshooting Set up and support PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Manage user accounts (Microsoft 365, Active Directory, email licenses) Assist with network connectivity, switches, VPN, DNS, and DHCP Support corporate applications and internal company tools Prepare IT equipment for new hires and deactivate accounts as needed Maintain documentation for devices and IT policies Coordinate with vendors and collaborate with corporate IT teams Assist with cybersecurity practices including MFA and access controls ________________________________________ What Were Looking For: Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and basic Linux systems Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and user account management Strong troubleshooting and ticket management skills Understanding of basic cybersecurity and endpoint protection Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset ________________________________________ This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional looking for steady hours, competitive starting pay, and the chance to make a real impact within a growing organization.
