Job Description:
IT Support Analyst Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 Onsite - Youngwood,
PA 15697 Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and
skilled IT Onsite Support Technician to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in providing IT
support. This position requires strong technical expertise in
troubleshooting hardware and software, as well as experience in
network administration and client-facing support. The successful
candidate will also be comfortable working independently and
traveling to client sites as needed to provide exceptional IT
support services. Key Responsibilities: Provide onsite IT support
for end-users at client locations, addressing hardware, software,
and network issues promptly and professionally. Install, configure,
and maintain operating systems (Windows OS, macOS) and key business
applications, including Office 365 and other commonly used
software. Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical
problems, including network connectivity issues, printer
malfunctions, VoIP system issues, and backup failures. Support
networking configurations, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs,
firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi setup and troubleshooting. Utilize
management tools to document and track support requests,
resolutions, and system configurations. Perform system updates,
patches, and general maintenance to ensure all hardware and
software are up to date and secure. Assist with setting up and
maintaining virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud
platforms (Azure). Provide user training on various software and
hardware applications to ensure effective use of IT resources.
Ensure proper documentation and knowledge sharing for ongoing
support and future troubleshooting. Travel to client sites as
needed to deliver onsite support and resolve technical issues. Lift
and transport IT equipment (up to 50 lbs) as required for
installations and support. Qualifications: Required: 2 years of IT
support experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or similar
environment. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, Office 365, and
common business applications. Some experience with networking
(TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi). Ability to
lift and transport IT equipment up to 50 lbs. Willingness and
ability to travel to client sites as needed. Preferred: Industry
certifications (CompTIA A, Microsoft, or similar). Experience
supporting virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
(Azure). Strong troubleshooting skills with printers, VoIP systems,
and backup solutions. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and
critical-thinking abilities. Strong written and verbal
communication skills to interact with both technical and
non-technical users. Ability to work independently, manage time
efficiently, and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong attention to
detail and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
