Initiates and executes field service activities at customer sites
in a safe and efficient manner. Core Responsibilities and
TasksCreates and maintains safe working environment and cultures
within the organizationTakes care of company propertyProactively
trouble shoots systems for mechanical, electrical equipment
conditionsAnticipates and corrects safety issues - both company and
customer owned equipmentDirect interfacing with customerMay be
responsible for work in multiple systems, locations or
customersProvides coaching or training to entry-level technicians

Requirements FORMAL EDUCATION: Required:HS diploma or
equivalentIndustry specific licenses preferred KNOWLEDGE &
EXPERIENCE: Required:Ability to obtain TWIC cardAbility to coach
and training entry-level technicians2-5 years technical experience
including industrial or commercial process water
experienceExperience with Microsoft office including smart
devicesMust have customer service experienceDemonstrates critical
thinking and trouble shooting abilityAble to pass a credit
checkAble to obtain a CDL class A or B with applicable endorsements
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS:Able to operate a company vehicleAble to pass
driver requirements which include:Driver Application for

Alcohol StatementFMCSA Certificate of AwarenessDriver Certificate
