General Manager Benefits and Compensation Competitive base salary Performance-based bonus program Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Growth and advancement opportunities within a growing organization Structured training and leadership development Stable ownership and strong operational support General Manager Requirements & Qualifications Must Haves Proven experience as a General Manager or Store Leader in quick service or fast-casual dining Strong people leadership with a hands-on, lead-by-example management style Full P&L responsibility including labor, food cost, and controllables Experience hiring, training, and developing hourly teams and managers Ability to drive sales through local store marketing and community engagement Strong execution of food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards Comfortable working peak shifts and being present during high-volume periods Day-to-Day Focus Owning daily operations and ensuring consistent execution on every shift Coaching and developing shift leaders and assistant managers Managing labor scheduling to balance service and profitability Driving operational rhythms including pre-shifts, shift handoffs, and performance reviews Maintaining high standards around speed of service and guest satisfaction General Manager Preferred Background & Skills Experience in high-volume QSR or fast-casual environments Background working with structured systems and brand standards Strong local marketing or grassroots sales experience Track record of building strong team culture and reducing turnover ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety training Desire for long-term growth into multi-unit leadership
