sound inventory control procedures are followed and maintained at
assigned facilities Responsible for documenting and creating
departmental processing and policy training manuals Follow regular
vehicle maintenance schedule on assigned equipment Attend
designated training sessions and meetings that apply to the
position Take action to correct any safety hazards and report
details to the safety team and the Director of Fuel Operations
Train and evaluate employees to enhance their performance and
development Address performance issues and make recommendations for
personnel actions Maintain ability to perform efficiently and
follow through on all details, in a fast-paced, customer focused
environment Follow company credit policy Research and recommend new
technologies, products, and/or services that are beneficial to
customers and to the company Other duties as assigned by your
supervisor REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Ability to frequently lift
and/or carry heavy objects no more than 75 pounds Ability to
frequently sit for extended periods of time Ability to frequently
stand and/or walk for extended periods of time Ability to handle
stressful situations and meet deadlines Ability to quickly
establish and cultivate relationships, both internally and
externally Excellent Communication Skills Excellent oral and
written communication skills Flexibility to handle situations as
they occur, while adhering to company policies Microsoft Office
experience Outstanding Organizational and Time-Management Skills
Previous Management Experience Valid driver’s license, with
acceptable driving record Willingness to continuously learn and
develop skills and knowledge relevant to the job and industry
Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed
Willingness to work various weather elements including cold, heat,
wind, rain, etc PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or
Equivalent Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent leadership experience
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a skilled negotiator Class A or
Class B CDL DOT Medical Certificate (N) Tank Vehicle Endorsement
