Aramark is looking for a dedicated Food Retail Service Manager to oversee the dining operations at Slippery Rock University. This role is pivotal in ensuring that dining services meet the highest standards of customer satisfaction, hygiene, and operational efficiency. The manager will be responsible for leading a team, managing budgetary concerns, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and implementing innovative solutions that enhance the dining experience for students and staff alike, reflecting Aramarks commitment to excellence and innovation. Oversee daily operations of university dining services. Manage and train dining service staff to ensure quality standards are met. Implement health and safety standards to maintain hygiene and compliance. Develop and manage the dining service budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with university officials to understand and fulfill the dining needs of students. Analyze customer feedback to make necessary improvements or adjustments. Drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
