Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greet guests, guide the customer journey, resolve guest issues Prepare Eatery menu items and ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards Maintain knowledge of critical dietary information and demonstrate proper food handling Operate POS register to complete customer transactions Maintain cleanliness of the store, including the Eatery, the Marketplace, bathrooms, and outdoor areas. Bus and clean tables and chairs. Keep merchandise and inventory stocked and organized.
