Prepares and directs the coordination of food for all meals and specific functions daily. This position serves as ---Lead--- in the absence of regularly scheduled supervisory personnel. Qualifications: Required completion of food service and food handling (ServeSafe). High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and minimum of 2 years quantity food service production. Knowledge of portion control, kitchen equipment, and general knowledge of therapeutic diets. 2 years quantity food production. Ability to read and follow quantity recipes in regard to weights and measurements of ingredients. Must possess knowledge of portion control, kitchen equipment, and general knowledge of therapeutic diets.
