Medical Director of Surgical Services & Chief of AnesthesiaLocation: State College, PA - Pittsburgh 140m; Philadelphia 200mEmployment Type: Full-Time Leadership PositionCompensation: $580,000 Base Salary + $30,000 Incentive Bonus Position OverviewA regional healthcare system is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to serve as Medical Director of Surgical Services and Chief of Anesthesia. This leadership opportunity combines clinical practice with executive oversight, offering a balanced role of approximately 60% clinical anesthesia and 40% administrative leadership.Working closely with the Chief Medical Officer, Chief Nursing Officer, and Surgical Services leadership team, the physician will help drive operational excellence, quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, and strategic growth across perioperative services.
