Job Description Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in State College, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/27/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities • Perform ongoing comprehensive assessments of critically ill patients • Prioritize patient needs based on severity and risk • Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans • Manage life-threatening conditions (airway, ventilation, cardiac stability) • Recognize and respond to cardiac arrhythmias and emergencies • Maintain hemodynamic stability and prevent complications • Participate in discharge planning and care coordination • Stay updated with clinical knowledge, technology, and best practices • Assist with procedures such as temporary pacemaker insertion • Support ambulance transport when required • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and critical care standards Requirements Experience • Critical Care / ICU experience ? required • Experience with: • Ventilator and airway management • Cardiac monitoring & arrhythmia recognition • Emergency response / high-acuity care • EPIC experience ? preferred (Meditech ?
