Job Description Job Description - Seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist to join our group of three physicians in Somerset Pennsylvania. - Consider becoming part of our collaborative, close-knit team of Anesthesiologists and CRNAs. - We offer an attractive package with 17 weeks off. - Must be BC/BE and have an MD or equivalent with the ability to obtain an unrestricted PA license. - J1 and H1B visa sponsorship. - Opportunity Details Joining a team of 3 anesthesiologists and an exceptional staff of 6 CRNAs. - Schedule is 2 weeks on/1 week off First week is clinical with call and the second week is clinical - Bread and butter cases with no obstetrics, cardiac, head or trauma Teaching opportunities with CRNA students - We have 5 operating rooms, 1 endoscopy suite and GI labs - The surgical procedures are from Gastroenterology, Orthopaedics, ENT Urology, General Surgery, Dental, Podiatry, GYN and Pain Management. - We do 3500 non-GI cases per year and 2500 GI procedures per year. - Compensation: - 17 weeks off Competitive compensation with outstandingbenefits $450k plus $50k of extra shifts available Signing bonus $10K Relocation assistance - About: - 111-bed community hospital serving a population of 74,000 With over 850 employees, UPMC-Somerset serves as a Primary Stroke Center as well as services in Family Medicine, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, Cardiology, Pulmonary Medicine, Pain Management, Surgical services, Urology and Women's Health. - Closely affiliated with University of Pittsburgh - About theCommunity: - Reasonable cost of living Safe, small town with all the amenities and a friendly, community vibe Somerset Historical Center, a 150-acre countryside history museum Merchant Village, a 20,000 sq ft building supporting local businesses with 160 vendors Laurel Arts?
