(CST) Certification and minimum 2 years Surgical Tech / Operating
Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. Deliver expert care in an
Operating Room Technician role supporting surgical teams and
patient safety in a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract
position offers the opportunity to utilize specialized nursing
skills in perioperative care while contributing to high-quality
surgical outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare operating rooms
with necessary instruments, equipment, and supplies prior to
procedures Assist surgical staff during operations by providing
appropriate tools and maintaining sterile fields Monitor surgical
equipment functionality and ensure proper setup Maintain inventory
of surgical instruments and sterilization processes Collaborate
with nurses and surgeons to promote efficient workflow and patient
safety Adhere to infection control and safety policies throughout
procedures Desired Experience and Qualifications: Proven experience
as an Operating Room Technician or similar perioperative role
Proficiency in OR nursing techniques and sterile processing Strong
knowledge of surgical instruments, equipment, and protocols Ability
to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation Relevant
certification or training in surgical technology or nursing is
