This role involves providing critical perioperative nursing care in a dynamic hospital setting. The position requires flexibility with a 12-hour rotating schedule across days, evenings, and nights, including required call shifts and weekend coverage. Responsibilities: Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in the operating room environment. Collaborate effectively with surgical teams to ensure patient safety before, during, and after procedures. Assist with patient monitoring and documentation throughout surgical interventions. Adhere to infection control policies, including compliance with flu and COVID-19 vaccination requirements (medical/religious exemptions considered). Qualifications/Desired Experience: Current and unrestricted RN license. Proven experience as an Operating Room nurse. Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts covering days, evenings, nights, calls, and weekends. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Navy blue scrubs are required for the role.
