Qualifications for Transition Team Nurses:? - Have a current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Have at least one year of verifiable work experience as an RN or LPN, preferably with pediatrics - NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience preferred - Achieve a passing score on high-tech Adult and Pediatric simulations. - Hold current CPR certification - Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team - Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule - Ability to travel throughout Allegheny, Fayette, Washington, & Westmoreland Counties Expectations: - Willingness to travel (up to 1 hour throughout counties outlined above) - Monthly weekend commitments (at least 2 weekend shifts per month) - Reliability & flexibility- willingness to meet overall client scheduling needs with other Transition Team members Thrive in a Culture That Cares: We put your well-being first, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment of belonging where you can achieve your goals.
