Job Description:
Genesis HealthCare is seeking a highly organized and
compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor, RN, to oversee the
nursing team at our facility. This role is pivotal in maintaining
our commitment to clinical excellence and enhancing the quality of
life for our patients. The RN Supervisor will ensure the delivery
of high-quality care, manage nursing staff, and collaborate with
physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient
outcomes. This position requires adept skill in leadership,
decision-making, and a thorough understanding of healthcare
regulations and practices. Supervise nursing staff and oversee
patient care to ensure adherence to established standards and
regulations. Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess,
plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Modify patient
care plans as needed in accordance with clinical guidelines and
patient feedback. Assist in the recruitment, training, and
retention of nursing staff. Participate in the development and
implementation of policies and procedures related to patient care
and compliance. Provide direct patient care when necessary.
Maintain patient and staff confidentiality according to compliance
and regulatory standards. Manage resources efficiently to ensure
the sustainability of high-quality care. Strong leadership and team
management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication
abilities Expertise in clinical nursing practices and standards
Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Ability to
