Job Description:

post-acute, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and long-term care
services. Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop
nursing care plans. Administer nursing care to ill, injured,
convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health
maintenance and disease prevention. Monitor, record, and report
symptoms and changes in patients' conditions. Operate and monitor
medical equipment. Help perform diagnostic tests and analyze
results. Administer treatment and medications. Collaborate with a
team of healthcare professionals to share expertise and knowledge.
Document patient care services by charting in patient and
department records. Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to
work flexibly in a fast-paced environment Critical thinking and
problem-solving skills Compassion and patient-centered approach

401k Must have a valid RN license. Basic Life Support (BLS)
