Associate Dentist – Established Patients, Clinical Autonomy & Ongoing Mentorship New Kensington, PA Step into a busy private-practice group where you’ll be the sole provider in this location , treating a full patient schedule from day one . New grads are welcome and mentorship is built into daily operations. Highlights • Booked patient column immediately • Daily guarantee (first 6 months) transition to % of collections • Typical provider income: $300K – $750K annually • 98% collection rate with in-house billing support • CE budget real clinical mentoring • Skilled EFDA/EFTA team running independent columns • 11-practice private group—collaboration without corporate pressure Clinical Scope • Restorative care (crowns, fillings, bridges) • Simple extractions • Refer advanced specialty care when needed Schedule • Mon–Thu (Fri optional) • 8AM–4PM or 9AM–5PM If you want a stable private-practice role where you can produce, learn, and grow—apply today and let’s start the conversation.
