Operations Leadership) Compensation: $120K - $140K per year

Friday. Day shift. Location: Pittsburgh, PA We are seeking an
experienced RN Administrator to provide clinical and operational
leadership within a community health center setting. This role
oversees nursing and clinical support teams while partnering
closely with executive leadership to ensure high-quality patient
care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. The RN
Administrator plays a critical role in quality improvement,
HRSA/UDS compliance, budget oversight, and strategic planning,
while fostering a collaborative and high-performing clinical
environment. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight and
leadership to RNs and Medical Assistants Oversee delivery of
quality patient care and coordination of clinical services Support
the CEO and Chief Medical Officer in clinical and operational
initiatives Lead process improvement and quality enhancement
programs Serve as clinical lead for HRSA requirements and UDS
reporting Monitor departmental performance, budgets, and
operational goals Develop and implement corrective action plans and
performance improvement initiatives Conduct annual performance
evaluations and provide coaching and staff development Partner with
Human Resources on recruitment, training, employee relations, and
performance management Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies
and state/federal healthcare programs Represent the organization
with HRSA, UDS, immunization collaboratives, emergency preparedness
initiatives, and other regulatory entities Assist in strategic
planning, staffing models, and fiscal management for the clinical
department Qualifications Active Pennsylvania RN license Minimum 5
years of clinical nursing experience Minimum 5 years of healthcare
administration or leadership experience Experience in community
health or FQHC setting preferred Strong knowledge of healthcare
operations, regulatory compliance, and quality metrics Experience
with HRSA and UDS reporting requirements strongly preferred
Demonstrated leadership ability in managing multidisciplinary teams
Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills
Proficiency with EMR systems and general computer applications
