Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Morgantown, WV Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,286 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Vascular OR RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Vascular Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10H Days Hours per Shift: 4 - 10 hour shifts, 6am - 4:30pm Experience: Minimum of 2 years in relevant field License: Current RN license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Certification Must-Have: Experience with peripheral artery bypass, AAA repair, carotid endarterectomies, fistula creation, amputations, and endovascular surgery (EVAR, TCAR, TAG) is required. Experience with sedation is preferred. Knowledge of open vascular and endovascular procedures is required. Candidates must be able to circulate and sedate during procedures. Description: This position is for Vascular Surgery. Clinicians must provide a copy of their diploma for onboarding. Call coverage is required, consisting of one night of call per week and one weekend of call per month. The OR handles a variety of surgeries including cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgery. Common cases include CABG, valve repair/replacement, ECMO, lung resection, and diagnostic angiography. Experience in cardiac, thoracic, or vascular surgery is essential. There will be a charge person in the OR each day. Scrub color is ceil blue surgical scrubs, provided by the facility. Mandatory call is required with a 30-minute response time. Floating within other services may be necessary. The contract includes 13 weeks with guaranteed hours of 40 per week.
