What Youre Accountable for, Day In and Day Out: Maintain a clean, organized warehouse, office areas, restrooms, and common spaces Sweep, mop, and maintain floors using appropriate cleaning equipment Complete light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs and replacing light bulbs Monitor facility conditions and proactively report safety or repair concerns Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery as needed Organize and maintain cleaning supplies, tools, and storage areas Support general warehouse and facility needs as assigned Follow safety policies and procedures without exception Keep the environment safe, functional, and ready for daily operations This is a hands-on role in a warehouse setting. Youll be on your feet, moving, lifting, bending, and staying active throughout your shift. If the relocation occurs, this role would transition to the Middlefield location. Candidates should be comfortable with the possibility of working in Middlefield in the future.
