Summary As a Hearing Instrument Specialist , you'll be instrumental
in delivering exceptional hearing care, guiding patients through
evaluations, fittings, and follow-ups. You'll play a vital role in
ensuring that Hearing Care for Life becomes a reality for every
patient. Key Responsibilities Comprehensive Hearing Care: Conduct
thorough hearing evaluations and consultations, always prioritizing
patient education and understanding. Custom Hearing Solutions:
Recommend and fit appropriate hearing instruments tailored to
individual needs and lifestyles. Patient Education: Educate
patients and their families about hearing loss, hearing treatment,
and effective communication strategies. Ongoing Support: Provide
continued counseling, follow-up care, and adjustments to ensure
optimal hearing outcomes. Opportunity in Every Interaction:
Approach each patient encounter with the goal of enhancing their
hearing journey. Community Engagement: Participate in outreach
events to promote hearing health awareness and education.
Qualifications Licensure: Beltone will sponsor you to obtain your
Hearing Instrument Specialist License. Experience: Experience in
the Hearing Instrument field is not necessary. Consultative Sales
or Business to Business Sales Experience a Plus! Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for providing
exceptional patient care and improving lives. Ability to work
independently while being a collaborative team player. Benefits
