Requirements: Active RN license 1–3 years surgical/perioperative
experience preferred BLS required; ACLS/PALS a plus Strong
assessment and communication skills Responsibilities: Prepare
patients for surgery: obtain vitals, review history, verify consent
Assist surgical team during procedures (scrub or circulating nurse)
Monitor patients in recovery (PACU) until discharge criteria are
met Educate patients and families on post-op care and instructions
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with safety/infection
control standards Participate in quality improvement and continuing
