Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Bridgeport, West
Virginia, 26330! ID: 75784412 Shift: 12H Nights 12 hr nights,
weekends as scheduled, float pool/first to float Description: Unit
Notes:50 mile radius rule - ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF

Float Pool What units are included in the float poolHow many beds
are on your unit, suites, labs, etc. Are they all private rooms?
Anything else specific The most frequent units they will float to
are 6N (36 beds) & 7N (29 beds). Other units: 4N (36 beds), 5S (36
beds), 6S (36 beds), & Critical Care (20 beds) RatiosWhat are your
nursing ratios?Mainly 1:5-6 for both days & nights on most units
(once or twice a month could have 7 patients toward the end of the
shift). Depends on acuity of patients. Required Certifications
(i.e., BLS, ACLS?)"What certifications are required for your
floor?Ex: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS"BLS & ACLS are Required Common

blood sugars?"Yes - all units use CNAsRT Equipment (vents, Cpap,

you have Bipap, Cpap, or High Flow, vents, or trachs on your unit?

float to all 6 units but will most likely be assigned a 'parent
unit' & will only be assigned very basic telemetry patients, within
their scope of practice. They must be able to read & interpret
