Physical Therapy / Outpatient Schedule : Mon - Fri (Full Time) or
Mon/Tues/Thurs (Part Time) Hours : 8am - 6 or 7pm Ideal Start Date
: ASAP Job Requirements : Licensed in PA as a PT 1-2 years of
experience preferred Duties : Evaluating patients Timely
preparation of a written plan of care Coordinating treatment as
team with support staff Tracking established clinic metrics
