shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, 12-hour shifts, includes every other
weekend (Day shift) Hours per Week: 36 Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per

Responsibilities Perform thorough patient assessments and use the
nursing process to guide care Develop individualized plans of care
and update them as patient needs change Implement nursing
interventions and treatments safely and effectively Evaluate
patient responses and revise care plans to optimize outcomes
Document patient care clearly and promptly using electronic
charting Serve as a professional liaison between patients,
families, and the healthcare team Support team coordination and
step in for unit leadership when needed Communicate compassionately
and professionally in all patient interactions Qualifications
Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania (required)
Minimum 2 years of prior RN experience (Med/Surg experience
preferred) Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare
Provider (must renew every two years) Experience with EPIC
electronic charting preferred Comfort functioning as part of a team
and communicating with diverse patients and staff Charge nurse or
clinical supervision experience is a plus Knowledge & Skills
Nursing process and clinical reasoning Patient assessment and
documentation Care planning and implementation of nursing measures
Evaluation of care effectiveness and adjustment of interventions
Strong verbal and written communication Teamwork and collaboration
with interdisciplinary staff Basic Life Support (BLS) competency
Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records (preferred)
