Shift Type: Day shifts, 06:45 AM - 07:15 PM; 3 x 12-hour shifts,
rotating (EOW / EOH schedule) Hours per Week: 36 Candidate Pay

Roles & Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments and
continual monitoring of critically ill patients Develop, implement
and evaluate individualized plans of care based on AACN standards
Prioritize patient problems and intervene to prevent
life-threatening complications Manage airway and ventilation needs
and provide advanced hemodynamic monitoring Recognize cardiac
arrhythmias and initiate appropriate emergency interventions Assist
with temporary pacemaker insertion and coordinate ambulance
transport when needed Maintain current knowledge and clinical
competency through mandatory education and skills practice
Collaborate with unit leadership and the interdisciplinary team to
support optimal patient outcomes Qualifications Active RN license
(able to meet state licensure requirements for practice) Experience
in ICU or PCU / critical care nursing Working knowledge of AACN
critical care standards and expectations Preference given to
clinicians with EPIC experience Ability to perform assessment, care
planning and life-threatening emergency management Willingness to
work scheduled 12-hour day shifts and participate in required
competencies Knowledge & Skills Critical care nursing principles
and bedside assessment Patient assessment and individualized care
planning Airway and ventilation management Hemodynamic monitoring
and stability management Cardiac arrhythmia recognition and
emergency response Assisting with temporary pacemaker procedures
Familiarity with EPIC (preferred) Comfort working to AACN standards
