3/1/26 - 3/1/27. To cover new service line. Outpatient Scheduled
Clinic Hours No Call Shift: Mon. - Fri. 8a-4:30p Pt. Population:
Adult, Geriatric 50% Hematology, 50% Oncology Ave. Pts./Day: OP 30
ave. Required Procedures: Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters Bone Marrow
Biopsy Required Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board Mgmt. of
Bone Marrow Transplants Orders Tests Blood Bank Orders Images
Prescribes Administration of Chemotherapy: Physician Nurse
oncologist EMR: EPIC Expenses covered, weekly pay and Occurrence
