Nurse Practitioner | Critical Care Location: Pittsburgh, PA Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Description We are seeking experienced Critical Care Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants (NP/PA) for locum coverage in Pittsburgh, PA . Manage critically ill patients overnight in a Medical ICU with support from supervising physicians and tele-ICU resources. ? Position Highlights Schedule: Nights – 7 PM to 7 AM; block or flexible schedule based on provider availability FTE Needed: 2.0 FTE (every night of the month) Target Dates: February – June 2026 Procedures Required: Arterial Lines, Central Lines, Dialysis Catheters, Codes, new admissions Support: Tele-ICU coverage with in-house supervising physician; solo APP on staff each night EMR: EPIC Experience Required: Recent ICU procedural experience Requirements ? Requirements Board Certified NP (Acute Care) or PA Active Pennsylvania license ACLS, BLS, and DEA (for NP) Minimum commitment: 8 shifts/month; ideal = 12 shifts/month Hospital privileging required: 3–4 months PA Child Abuse clearance (fingerprints) Closed ICU unit experience preferred Benefits ?
