nursing facility in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Director
of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations and oversee the
nursing department. This role is ideal for a strong SNF nurse
leader who values quality care, regulatory compliance, and building
a stable, supported nursing team. Responsibilities: Provide overall
leadership and direction for all nursing services Ensure compliance
with Pennsylvania DOH, CMS, and federal regulations Maintain
continuous survey readiness and manage plans of correction as
needed Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance
management of nursing staff Lead infection prevention, quality
assurance, and clinical audits Collaborate closely with the
Administrator and interdisciplinary leadership team Monitor
clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
Foster a positive, professional, and resident-centered nursing
culture Qualifications: Active RN license in Pennsylvania Prior
Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing experience in
a skilled nursing facility required Strong knowledge of long-term
care regulations, survey process, and clinical operations Proven
leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to
