Hematology/Oncology Opening - Community-Based Academic
Opportunity - Wheeling, West VirginiaFull Time/Permanent
PositionAbout the Opportunity:Seeking Hematology/Oncology
Physicians to join a growing team.Academic ranks available:
Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor.Primary
practice location in a mid-sized community hospital.Opportunities
to work at additional sites in surrounding states if needed (travel
expected).Collaborative, patient-centered environment with access
to academic resources.Position Details:Practice in the areas of
hematology and oncology.Involvement in teaching medical students,
residents, and fellows.Multidisciplinary team approach to patient
care.Radiation oncology and surgical oncology services available
on-site.Access to clinical trials, pharmaceutical studies, and a
statewide clinical trials network.Requirements:MD or DO (or foreign
equivalent).Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
and Hematology/Oncology or Oncology fellowship.Board Certified or
Board Eligible in Oncology.Eligible for a state medical license.All
qualifications must be met at the time of
