Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) - Providing one-to-one nursing
care in a home environment - Taking direction from clinical team
and being overseen by a registered nurse - Following the plan of
care - Following all clinical and office policies Requirements for
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) - Valid Pennsylvania LPN License
or Multistate License - TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF) -
Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online) - Valid driver's
license - G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train About
