Job Description:
UPMC Magee Women's Hospital is seeking a Urogynecology and
Pelvic Reconstruction Surgery Physician to join our group of 10
physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers. Fellowship trained,
board certified/eligible in Female/Pelvic Medicine and
Reconstructive Surgery is required. Advanced laparoscopic/robotic
surgical skills are preferred. Keen knowledge of diagnostic,
therapeutic and surgical options for female urinary incontinence is
required Job Description Our group provides outstanding
evidence-based in office and surgical care. Assess and treat a wide
range of urogynecology conditions that includes office-based
procedures, vaginal surgery and minimally invasive surgical care.
UPMC Urogynecology has an outreach program to 15 community sites
and operates in 6 facilities to assure patients have access to our
expertise. Our program has a robust fellowship program. Candidates
will be expected to mentor and teach residents and fellows that
routinely rotate through our service. Call schedule is primarily
related to back-up for fellows and consists of about 4-5 weekends
per year and about 1-2 weekdays per month There are extensive
