and community integration support. Position Overview: As a Direct
Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in
supporting adults ages 18 and older in their daily lives. You will
assist with personal care, skill development, community engagement,
and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. This is more than

day. Schedules are made to meet programmatic needs. Key
Responsibilities: Provide assistance with activities of daily
living, including meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks.
Support individuals in developing independent living skills and
participating in community activities. Monitor and document
progress, behaviors, and incidents in accordance with program
guidelines. Administer medications and follow prescribed healthcare
plans. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all individuals
in care. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors,
and families/guardians. The ability to work overtime as assigned.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Experience in
human services, caregiving, or a related field preferred (paid
training provided for qualified candidates). Ability to work a
flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as
needed. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
