Locum Tenens Opportunity: Physician - Psychiatrist Profession: Physician Specialty: Psychiatry Position Details: Emergency/Temp Privileges: No Shift Type: Days Shift(s) Description: Sporadic, per exam Overview: We are seeking Psychiatrist Providers to perform Initial PTSD exams, follow-up PTSD exams, and other mental health exams across the country. This is a unique opportunity offering flexibility and the chance to support veterans' mental health needs. Details: Willing to accept providers with sporadic availability - will be on an as-needed basis. Two options for coverage: Travel and perform exams at leased facility and/or schedule Veterans within your own practice Will bill per exam Conduct Initial PTSD exams, follow-up PTSD exams, and other mental health exams DMA certification available (can get CME credits) will need to obtain once privileged if not already certified Must own personal laptop (NO MACs) Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) must be submitted within 48 hours upon exam completion - no narrative report.
