Location: Johnstown, PA; Level 1 Trauma Center Coverage: Call
Only (Beeper) Onsite and from Hotel Dates available: May 29 at 7am
through June 2 at 7am June 9 at 7am through June 12 at 7am Jun 20
at 7am through June 26 at 7am Additional dates can be added once a
provider is credentialed Setting: Hospital: Inpatient and same day
Outpatient Requirements: Active, unrestricted PA license Truly
Board Eligible or Certified Orthopedic Surgeon Clean DEA,
Malpractice & NPDB (no current suits, unresolved cases, or large
payouts in previous 7 years) Accredited Orthopedic Surgery
Residency & Accredited Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship EMR: Epic All
travel/lodging/malpractice costs are covered
