Vascular Surgery Opening in Altoona, PA Located in South Central Pennsylvania - 100m to Pittsburgh Position Details Full-time, permanent Employed Multi Specialty Group Currently 1 vascular surgeon in practice - Hospital has 2 vascular surgeons on staff, both employed but in separate practices Patient Load: Office: patients per day Work Schedule: Office: M - F: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Call Schedule: Practice: 1:2 Hospital: 1:3 Skill Mix: Full-scope vascular surgery case mix including open and endovascular procedures, carotid endarterectomy, AV fistula grafts, extremity bypass surgery, angiograms. Easy access to the 12-operating room suite, interventional/endovascular procedure room, and 6-operating room ambulatory surgery center. Must be proficient and comfortable with AV fistula grafts for renal dialysis patients.
