Primary Care Physician (PCP) Titan Placement Group invites you
to explore an opportunity in Fairmont, West Virginia. Fairmont,
known as the "Friendly City," is nestled in the heart of North
Central West Virginia. It's a hub of rich Appalachian history,
vibrant local culture, and outdoor recreation from scenic hiking
trails to water sports on the Monongahela River. This
community-focused health center is looking to expand its
mission-driven team with a passionate physician who values quality
care over quantity. Salary and Benefits Base salary range: $195,000
$215,000 (negotiable based on experience; up to $260,000 for
experienced candidates) Relocation assistance available $20,000
sign-on bonus Tuition reimbursement or legal assistance for J-1
visa candidates 100% employer-paid medical insurance (valued up to
$3,873.89/month for family plans) FTCA malpractice coverage (no

annual salary increases Responsibilities Provide full-time,
outpatient-only primary care Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or
Pediatrics See approximately 14 patients per day (20-minute visit
slots) No inpatient coverage required Shared on-call duties (by
phone only) Work schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM with a
one-hour lunch Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
(Greenway system) Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality
care, especially for underserved populations (85% Medicaid) Support
organizational mission and new initiatives such as recently
launched chiropractic services Requirements MD or DO degree from an
accredited institution Board certified or board eligible in Family
Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics Eligible for or active
West Virginia medical license Willingness to work in an FQHC
setting and serve a primarily Medicaid population J-1 visa
