Job Description Pride Health is hiring a Overnight Lab Assistant to support our client’s medical facility based in Pittsburgh, PA 15220 This is a 3 months assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! Job Title: Overnight Lab Assistant Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15220 Pay Range: 20/hr. on W2 Schedule: M-F Rotating Saturdays 7 PM - 3:30 AM// M-F Rotating Saturdays 11 PM - 7:30 AM// M-F Rotating Saturdays 9 PM - 5:30 PM Duration: 03-04 months with possible extensions Job Responsibilities: Receive and sort clinical lab specimens. Prepare specimens for testing and analysis Scan and/or data entry of specimen and patient information. Ensure all lab equipment is working properly and perform minor instrumentation maintenance. Troubleshoot any specimen related issues. Replenish test bench supplies as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Complete record logs and other administrative duties as requested. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures to ensure safety and quality standards. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
