Schedule 12-hour day shifts, weekends as needed. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Surgical RN to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic surgical environment. The ideal candidate will work alongside a team of dedicated healthcare professionals and play a vital role in postoperative patient management. Responsibilities Manage patient care pre- and post-surgery. Perform wound care and changes, including wound vac management. Administer blood transfusions and manage patient PCA pumps. Titrate heparin drips per established protocols. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Assist patient care technicians with daily duties as needed. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN License BLS Certification Experience with orthopedic and general surgical patients preferred.
