ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Weirton, West Virginia. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/02/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Med-Surg Nights Location This position is located within a 50-mile radius requirement. Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 12-hour night shifts, including weekends as scheduled. Job Description The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide care to med-surg patients with a variety of common diagnoses, including pneumonia, UTI, AMS, GI bleed, alcohol withdrawal, and weakness due to falls. RNs will be responsible for monitoring and managing patients, titrating medications with some exceptions, and collaborating with a team that includes Charge Nurses, patient care techs, and respiratory therapists. Responsibilities Provide patient care with appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios. Titrate medications and manage dosages, with specific categories outlined. Collaborate as part of a nursing team including Charge Nurses and CNAs. Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, performing vitals and necessary tests. Assist in administering treatments and procedures as required. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must have at least one year of RN experience; first-time travelers are accepted.
