Friday! Occasional evening and weekend rounding hours to meet with

pediatric patients! The Manager of Imaging Services coordinates
daily operations for the department, and develops and maintains
policies, procedures, budgets, goals, and strategies while ensuring

Responsibilities: Assists the Director with management of
departmental operations and team atmosphere, maintaining day-to-day
operations over various modalities. Directs and oversees
procedures, personnel, protocol development, quality control, and
training programs. Maintains timekeeping for staff and recruitment
responsibilities, including job description evaluations,
interviews, and orientation for new staff. Accountable for
financials, employee reviews, staff scheduling, and counsel and
discipline. Establishes and maintains an atmosphere of caring and
support by directly utilizing the UPMC core values. Accepts
responsibility for the resolution of problems that arise.
Bachelor's Degree required. Completion of satisfactory formal
training in a radiology-related program accredited by the ARRT or
NMTCB, i.e. Radiology or Nuclear Medicine. Must possess a current
registry in Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, MRI (ARRT or
RDMS), or RVS. 5 years of experience in a radiology discipline with
a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory capacity required. Must
attend continuing education programs and maintain an active
registry status. Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: ARRT
Certificate OR Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification (NMTC)
OR Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) OR Registered
Vascular Specialist Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal Act
33 with renewal Act 34 with renewal Act 73 FBI Clearance with
