Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CT Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, evenings - Employment Type: Travel /n Job Description/n American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 2 years of acute care CT experience and current ARRT and BLS certifications. /n /n Responsibilities/n - Work in an acute care setting as a CT Technologist - Perform diagnostic CT scans using GE equipment - Patient population will vary by acuity based on the acute care environment - Schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts per week, with shifts between 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM on weekdays and 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM on weekends - Holiday and call coverage are required as needed - Uses Allscripts - Sunrise EMR - A radiation badge must be provided by the traveler’s agency - Solid pants and printed or solid scrub tops are allowed as the dress code - A 50-mile radius rule applies; local travelers are not accepted - Candidates with prior employment at this facility must have a 2-year break before reapplying - Travelers may not work more than one cumulative year within WVU facilities without a 2-year break /n /n Requirements/n - Minimum 2 years of recent CT experience in an acute care setting - Current ARRT certification required - Current BLS certification required - Experience operating GE CT equipment preferred - License required if applicable - Candidate must provide a copy of an unexpired driver’s license for consideration /n Benefits/n - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts /n American Traveler Job ID P-643140.
