Job Description Relationship Resolutions, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. Providers begin with an on-site schedule to support initial patient engagement and caseload development. Once a stable caseload is established, there is flexibility to transition into a hybrid model that includes both in-person and remote care delivery. Required Qualifications: - Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field - Must have a clear, active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania - 5 years licensed professional social work / clinical experience post Master's degree in an outpatient setting Preferred Qualifications: - Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and families - Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs) - Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness Explore opportunities at Optum Behavioral Care. The salary for this role will range from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
