within the past 2 years - Certifications via American Heart
Association (if required by the unit) - Perm address greater than
100 miles from facility to submit Description: We are seeking an
experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurse. The nurse will work
4x12-hour shifts on nights. The unit consists of 34 beds and is
dedicated to providing exceptional care for patients with a range
of acute medical conditions. Patient ratios are typically 1:5-7.
The nursing team collaborates closely to deliver high-quality,
patient-centered care. Daily huddles are facilitated to manage
patient flow and provide support. Clinical nurse coordinators
provide leadership on every shift. Staffing includes registered
nurses, licensed practical nurses, and patient care technicians.
The unit is supported by interdisciplinary teams for various
patient needs. Attendance is essential; excessive call-offs may
affect contract fulfillment. Candidates must have the ability to
care for adult patients and possess a strong skill set in
medical-surgical nursing. This position offers an opportunity to
